We have adopted 100% cancellation policy for all our booking to better serve our customers.  As you know we are selling our seats to those guests who wants to go on a tour with us.  We are here to provide our guests with the best experiences possible.  

We have had people just hold the seats and they wait until last minute to to cancel the Road to Hana Adventure Tour.  We are not able to sell these seats last minute.   We do limit our booking to 10 or 11 guests for the comfort of everyone on the tour.  We do have 2-3 seats open.   If 4 people cancel last minute, we might end up cancelling tour.  This is the reason we don’t want anyone cancelling because it does affect others’ vacation.

Our cancellation policy has been upgraded to 100% cancellation policy so that we can guarantee our tour will be operating.  We do guarantee our tours will be operated even with 4 guests on board.

We really appreciate all understanding and support of our cancellation policy.  To show appreciation for all the support, we have amended our 100% cancellation fee.  Few exceptions to the 100% cancellation policy are listed below.
